We provide on-the-job training to ensure our employees meet industry standards and project requirements. Safety, quality, and professionalism are core to everything we do, and we invest in developing skilled, reliable crew members. 

While training is provided, the following certifications and qualifications are always considered an asset:

• SCOT (or equivalent safety orientation)
• First Aid & CPR
• H2S Alive
• Confined Space
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
• Valid driver’s license
